We started with the establishment of Changwon Carburetor in 1974, and changed company name to Motonic in 2002.

LPI SYSTEM was first mass-produced in the world in 2003, and low-voltage OPU was first mass-produced in Korea in 2010.

And we won Hyundai/Kia technology & quality Five Star Award. CCVL and FPC was first mass-produced in Korea in 2012.

Oil pump was mass-produced in 2013, and GDI high pressure pump in 2014.

Motonic that has capability of independently developing a new product owing to the accumulation of core technology for a long time.

GDI pump is a part that pressurizes the fuel of low pressure, and is a core part applied to Gasoline Direct Injection engine.

In case of GDI pump, burr is completely removed, and high-precision surface roughness is managed through the introduction of electrolytic deburring machine. 

And high cleanliness level is maintained through the removal of fat and extraneous substance by the introduction of high-power vacuum cleaner using vacuum and eco-friendly hydrocarbon solvent. 

Cost reduction through Korea's first localization of GDI high pressure pump and success in mass production resulted in giving a proof of technological competitiveness once again.

Oil pump, core part of automatic transmission is precision mechanism that provides each part of transmission with hydraulic pressure necessary for lubrication and change of speed.

In case of mass production process of oil pump, parts are thrown into the line after passing through high pressure cleaning process in order to perfectly control cleanliness. 

And it is controlled as zero-defect line by total inspection with FOOL PROOF system of each process in order to preemptively prevent quality problem. 

And we are equipped with real-time data transmission system between our company and clients through the establishment of HIPIS system and the storage of process data by bar code system of each process. 
Consequently, the best quality is maintained.

We first succeeded mass production in Korea.

LPI system succeeded in world the first mass production drastically improves power performance and fuel efficiency, and is the next generation LPG fuel system satisfiable for more strict exhaust control.

CNG parts are core parts of the low-pollution automobile industry in conformance with automobile exhaust gas control that is supported all over the world.

OPU, FPC was first produced in Korea.
In addition, ETC, and ACV and E-EGR is produced.
